Why
‘Pomegranate’?

Like the fruit itself, which protects a complex, vibrant world of individual seeds beneath a resilient outer layer, our identities are multifaceted and constantly evolving.

Therapy provides a space to slow down, understand those deeper layers, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been overshadowed by stress, pressure, or survival.

I work collaboratively with you to make sense of all the individual pieces of your story and help you find your footing again.

Meet Sanaz

Hello,

My path hasn't been a straight line, it has been a deliberate bridge between two worlds. For over two decades, I was embedded in the high-stakes, rapidly shifting environments of corporate and tech leadership - guiding transformations and coaching executives through intense pressures.

Beneath that corporate surface, my foundational lens has always been that of a psychologist.

For 20 years, I have practiced as a registered psychologist holding a Master’s in Organisational Psychology. This dual background gives me a unique understanding of both the external systems you navigate at work, and the invisible, internal currents that shape how you live and relate. Over time, I noticed how the robust outer coping mechanisms that carry us through our 20s and 30s can suddenly fail when life layers on complex transitions.

When life demands arrive all at once, the pressure to "hold it all together" can become destabilising.

As a psychologist, executive coach, parent, and partner, I intimately understand the mental load of wearing these many hats. I know what it feels like when your biology, career, or family dynamics shift beneath you.

My practice is a space to gently look beneath your own outer layer, safely unpack the vibrant, complex pieces of your story, and find your footing again.

Take the first step and let’s work together.
